Garlic-Cheese Dog Biscuits

1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup margarine -- softened
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 to 4 garlic cloves -- minced
dash salt
6 to 8 Tablespoons milkRecipe
In a mixing bowl, beat the cheese and margarine. Add the flour, garlic and salt; mix well. Add enough milk to make a stiff dough. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out dough to 1/4-in. thickness. Cut with a bone-shaped cookie cutter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375' for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove to wire racks. Biscuits will harden as they cool.
Yield: 1 1/2 to 2 dozen
