List of Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 egg
1 pound pureed chicken livers


Recipe

Mix all and bake according to directions on Jiffy box. Cut into squares, cool and serve.

You may add a bit of molasses, honey or dark Karo to add sweetness, but my guys love them plain. Chicken liver containers are sometimes a bit over a pound. If that is the case add a bit of oatmeal to thicken it up.
