EASY OVEN SOUP


1 (1 oz) pkg dry onion soup mix

1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup red wine

1 (16 oz) pkg frozen stew meat



In large, heavy pan, mix soups, wine, 1/2 cup water and a little pepper. Stir in meat. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3-4 hours.

Serves 4

GREEN SPRING SALAD MIX


2 (10 oz) bags spring-like salad greens

Fresh green onions, sliced

1 (8 oz) bottle creamy Italian salad dressing

1 (16 oz) box seasoned croutons



In salad bowl, toss salad, onion and half dressing. Use more dressing if needed. Top with croutons.

Serves 4-6

CORNBREAD MUFFINS


2 (8 oz) pkg corn muffin mix

2/3 cup milk

2 eggs

Preheat oven to 400. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and pour into 12 sprayed muffin cups.

Serves 6-8
