    HAM QUICHE BISCUIT CUPS

    1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
    2 tbsp milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    2 tbsp chopped green onions
    1 (10 count) can flaky biscuits
    1/2 cup finely chopped ham

    Preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese, milk and eggs until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese and green onions. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place one biscuit in each of 10 sprayed cups. Firmly press bottom and sides, forming 1/4-inch rim.

    Place half of ham in dough cups. Spoon about 2 tbsp egg mixture over ham. Top with remaining ham and bake for about 25 minutes or until filling sets and edges of biscuits are golden brown. Remove from pan.
    Serves 4



    BREAKFAST SHAKE

    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup banana or strawberry yogurt
    1 tbsp honey
    1 banana, cubed

    Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
    Makes 1 large shake
