1 (15-ounce) can crushed or whole tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
Garlic (optional, to taste)
2 (15-ounce) cans green beans
Salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
In a bowl, cut up tomatoes. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add tomatoes, oregano and garlic, if desired. When warm, add green beans and heat thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
Serves 4 to 6.
