    Amish Buttermilk Cookies

    3 c sugar
    2 c oil
    4 eggs
    2 c buttermilk
    6 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp soda
    1 tsp salt
    3 tsp vanilla
    6 c flour

    Recipe

    Beat together sugar, oil and eggs. Add other ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls and bake 5 min at 400º.
