    BALTIMORE BROILED FISH FILLETS

    2 pounds thin fish fillets (talapia, grouper, flounder, etc)
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tablespoons horseradish
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    2 teaspoons prepared mustard
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    paprika

    Recipe



    Thaw fillets if frozen. Cut into serving size pieces.

    Combine remaining ingredients except paprika. Place fish on well greased broiler pan. Brush with half the sauce.

    Broil 3 inches from heat for 4-5 minutes. Turn carefully.

    Brush with remaining sauce. Broil 5 minuter longer or until fish flakes easily. Sprinkle with paprika.

    Serves 6
