    Crunchy Oven-fried Flounder

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound Flounder or other lean fish fillets
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 cup finely crushed corn chips
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted



    Recipe



    Move oven rack to position slightly above the middle of the oven.

    Heat oven to 500ºF.

    Grease rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.

    If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces, pat dry.

    Mix sour cream, lemon juice and chili powder. Dip fish into sour cream mixture, coat with chips. Place in baking dish. Drizzle margarine over fish.

    Bake uncovered 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
