    Perch Fillets in Sour Cream

    1 pound perch fillets (or any fish fillets)
    2 Tablespoons butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1/4 teaspoon savory or basil
    1 Tablespoon minced parsley
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Cut the fillets into portions and place in a buttered 8x8 inch pyrex pan. Cook the onions in butter until the onions are tender. Add the savory (or basil), parsley and salt to the onions. Spread this mixture over the fish. Spoon the sour cream over the fish, distributing evenly. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15 minutes at 375°, or until the fish flakes when tested.
