4-6 Boneless pork chops
1 Pkg. of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4-6 Med. Potatoes, cubed big
water



Recipe



Place the chops in a baking dish, she suggested a 13x9. I do a square one. Cut the potatoes into fairly large cubes, but not huge. Place over the chops. Sprinkle with the dry onion soup mix. Add enough water to cover. Cover the dish and bake in a 350º oven for 1 hour.
