    4 C powdered sugar
    1/2 C butter
    1 t vanilla
    1/2 C evaporated milk

    Recipe



    Mix cocoa and sugar; cream cocoa and sugar with butter. Blend in vanilla and milk to desired spreading consistency; adding milk if needed.
