10 ice cream sandwiches
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
1 carton (12 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Chocolate sprinkles, optional

Recipe



Arrange ice cream sandwiches in a single layer in a 9 X 13 dish. Top with pie filling, whipped topping and chocolate sprinkles if desired. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. May be frozen for up to 2 months. Remove from freezer 10 mins. before cutting.

I slapped it together about an hour ago and it's good! If you want a quick, easy and tasty dessert fast, this is it. Also nice and refreshing for those hot summery days.
