    Graham crackers
    1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    Crushed peanuts

    Recipe



    Crush enough graham crackers for a 9 inch pie crust. Add peanut butter, oleo, and sugar to crumbs. Place in 9 inch pie pan and bake in 350ºF oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

    Press ice cream over crust in pan. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Cool slightly and pour over ice cream. Top with crushed peanuts. Cover & put pie in freezer.

    To serve, remove from freezer 5 to 10 minutes before and cut into eight pieces.
