    6 cups fresh or canned fruit, drained (e.g. melon, banana, apples, seedless grapes, mandarin orange, pineapple chunks)
    3 (8-ounce) cartons non-fat lemon yogurt
    1 (8-ounce) carton non-dairy whipped topping

    Recipe



    Mix yogurt and whipped topping together in a large bowl. Stir in fruit or serve separately as a dip.

    Serves 15.
