    1 cake mix, any flavor
    1/2 c. oats, quick or old fashioned
    1 c. chocolate chips

    Optional add in: Butterscotch chips, raisins, milk chocolate chips, white chips, nuts, etc. Use your imagination and go crazy.

    This is mixed up and put into a 1 quart container.

    Put this info on a card and attach it to the jar. If giving as a gift, you may want to decorate the card and jar up a bit.

    Add to mix:
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs slightly beaten

    Drop dough by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool a minute before removing from cookie sheet.

    HINT: Do not overbake. In fact they are much better underbaked a little and left on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before removing.
