Cherry Delights from Estelle Scott of Columbus, Ohio: Estelle says, "Here's my two-ingredient addition to a food gift basket. I used to bake Christmas cookie plates for about 200 hundred employees where I worked in the mid 1990s. I used these cookies to fill in the cookie platters of real homemade cookies."

Buy a bag of mini Pecan Sandies and a container of cherry cake frosting (any brand will do). Spread the frosting between two cookies and you've got Cherry Delights!

These delicious cookie bites serve as small bites for dieters, are a big, big time saver, and they added color to trays of other cookies.

They're so easy it would be a great kid's activity. Most grocery stores stock several different brands of cookies in miniature or "bite-sized."

You can use any combination of frostings and cookies.
