    Spiced Cafe au Lait Mix

    2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 cup instant coffee powder
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 t. EACH ground cinnamon, cloves and allspice



    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients until well blended and place in an airtight container.

    For 1 serving, place 1/4 cup of the cafe au lait mix into a mug and add 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir to blend. Top with whipped cream if desired.

    To present as a gift, spoon 1/4 cup portions onto squares of foil. Seal foil and place packets in a decorative box. Tie with a coffee mug and the recipe.

    Makes about 2 cups mix
