Grilled Rib Eye Steaks

1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup green onions
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 pounds beef rib eyeRecipe
In a large resealable Zip-lock, combine all but the steak. Add steaks. Seal bag and turn to coat, refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, uncovered over medium-hot heat for 8-10 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness.
