    Honey-Lime Grilled Chicken

    1/2 cup honey
    1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 cup lime juice
    4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves

    Recipe



    Combine first 3 ingredients in a zip top bag. Add chicken, turning to coat. Seal bag and chill for 30 minutes or 3-4 hours in a refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.

    Grill chicken over low to medium hot coals for 5-6 minutes on each side or until done.

    Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4.
    Per serving: 290 calories, 3 g. total fat, 500-mg. sodium.
