    CAESAR SALAD DRESSING MIX

    1 1/2 tsp grated dried lemon peel
    1 tsp oregano
    1/8 tsp instant minced garlic
    2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp pepper

    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until evenly distributed. Put mixture in a foil packet or 1 pint jar. Label. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 3 to 4 months. makes about 3 Tbsp mix, enough for 3/4 cup dressing.

    Caesar Salad Dressing
    1 recips Caesar salad dressing mix
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice

    Combine ingredients in jar. Shake until well-blended. Chill before serving. Makes 3/4 cup.
