    2 c. instant powdered milk
    1/4 c. chicken (or beef) bouillon granules
    1/2 t. crushed dry basil
    3/4 c. cornstarch
    2 T. minced dry onions
    1/4 t. pepper
    1/2 t. crushed dry thyme

    Recipe



    Mix and store in airtight container.

    To make soup:
    Take 1/3 c. dry mix and add 1 1/4 c. water. Cook on low, stirring until thick. Add 1 T. magarine (optional). May also add 1/3 - 1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms, sliced celery or choppe cooked potatoes. Heat thoroughly.
