List of Ingredients
7 cups apple juice
1 cup red cinnamon candies
1 (1 3/4-ounce) package fruit pectin
1/2 teaspoon margarine
8 cups sugar
Recipe
In 6 to 8-quart saucepan, combine apple juice and candies. Stir in fruit pectin. Add margarine. Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar all at once. Return to a full rolling boil. Boil for exactly 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim and ladle quickly into hot, sterilized jars. Cover with 2-piece lids. Screw bands tightly. Process in water bath.
Serving quantity: Makes 11 jars.
