List of Ingredients
4 cups peeled, sliced peaches
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (1 3/4-ounce) package fruit pectin
5 1/2 cups sugar
Recipe
In heavy saucepan, combine peaches, lemon juice and fruit pectin. Over high heat, bring to a hard boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in sugar. Bring to a rolling boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Pour into half-pint jars and seal.
Serving quantity: Makes 4 to 6 half-pints.
