    Honey Mustard Marinade

    1 Tbls dry mustard
    1/4 cup of Honey
    1/4 soy sauce
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    1 tbls of grated orange rind
    1 clove minced garlic

    Recipe



    Blend all of the above and use as a marinade or brush on while cooking. Discard any leftover marinade. Perfect on pork, beef or chicken.
