1/2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, mincedRecipe
Place all ingredients with any desired meats in a zip lock bag or airtight container and let sit for at least 1 hour or overnight. This will make even the toughest cuts of meat tender and delicious.
