    My favorite served on a bun. Freezes well! I sometimes add a dash of Worcestershire, Tobasco and Louisana Hot Sauce to jazz it up a bit!

    List of Ingredients




    3 lbs Chuck Roast (Don’t salt)
    2 cups celery, chopped
    1 cup green pepper, chopped
    2 lbs ground sirloin
    3 medium onions, wedged and layers separated
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 bottle Heinz Chili Sauce
    4 Tbs. sugar
    1/2 cup vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbs. yellow mustard

    Recipe



    Place chuck roast in baking pan (or crockpot). Add chopped celery, green pepper and bake at 300ºF for 4-5 hours. (8-10 hours if using crockpot). Shred beef with fork after roasting. Brown sirloin and onions in skillet and drain well. Add to shredded beef.

    Add tomato sauce and chili sauce to shredded beef mixture.

    Mix together the sugar, vinegar, salt, and mustard. Add to beef mixture and let simmer.

    Serves: 16
