Mix ingredients together and form into firm patties a little over 1/2 inch thick. Top each with two tsp. ketchup. Criss cross thin slices of green and yellow pepper and sprinkle with parsley flakes and fresh ground pepper.
Bake at 350ºF till burgers are done- 20 to 30 minutes depending upon size of patties. If you like cheeseburgers, you can place one half slice cheese on top of each five minutes before removing from oven. Can be served with or without buns.
