Recipe Introduction
A quick blend of dressing and teriyaki sauce creates an Asian inspired flavor.
List of Ingredients
8 oz linguine, uncooked
3 cups broccoli florets
3 medium carrots, peeled, sliced (about 2 cups)
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 lb beef sirlion steak, cut into strips
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tsp ground gingerRecipe
Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli and carrots to the cooking water for the last 2 minutes of the pasta cooking time. Drain pasta mixture.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add meat. Cook until browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing, teriyaki sauce and ginger. Cook until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
Toss pasta and meat mixtures in large serving bowl.
Makes 4 servings, 2 cups each.
For added crunch, may sprinkle with 1/2 cup Platers Dry Roasted Peanuts just before serving.
Review posted by: starshineeliz: This is yummy and goes together fast. I used two packages of the Louis Rich Steak Strips, and that worked perfectly, just cooking until heated through. I also used some toasted chow mein noodles on top instead of the peanuts it suggested.
If you like Asian and you like fast, this is right up your alley!
