    Broiled Sirloin Steak With Garlic Sauce

    2 1/2 lbs. choice sirloin steak
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. steak sauce

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and steak sauce. Stir until well mixed and heat to a boiling point.

    Meanwhile, place the steak on the broiler pan. Remove the sauce from heat as it reaches the boiling point and brush top of steak well, being sure that is is covered with sauce.

    Place 3 inches below heat and cook 5 minutes, turn and cover other side with sauce and cook 5 minutes.
