Hamburger Steak with Mushroom Gravy

2 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 eggs
large splash of Worcestershire sauce
flour
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350�F.
Mix the ground beef, pepper, celery, onion, garlic salt, eggs and Worcestershire sauce.
Shape into patties and coat with flour. Place in a 9x13-in. baking pan and pour the mushroom soup over the patties.
Bake about 1 hour.
Serves 6 to 8
Serve the gravy over mashed potatoes or rice.
