Honey Mustard Glazed Cube Steaks

6 cube steaks
1/2 cup coarse-grain Dijon-style mustard
1 1/2 T parsley -- chopped
2 1/4 T honey
1 1/2 T cider vinegar
1 1/2 T water
salt and pepper to taste
1 large red onion, sliced Recipe
Preheat broiler. Combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, and salt and pepper to make glaze.
Place cube steaks and onion on broiler pan; brush both meat and onion with glaze.
When cooked to your likeness (watch like a hawk!) turn over, reapply glaze and finish cooking. Serves 6
