    This recipe is a goldmine from Quick Cooking premiere issue. "Freezer Pleasers"

    List of Ingredients




    4 eggs
    2 cups dry bread crumbs
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    4 pounds lean ground beef

    Recipe



    In a large bowl beat eggs. Add the next five ingredients. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls, about 12 dozen. Place in single layers in ungreased 15X10-inch baking pans. Bake at 400º for 10-15 minutes or until no longer pink, turning often; drain. Cool. Place about 30 meatballs each into freezer containers.

    May be frozen up to 3 months.

    (My changes: Mix the bread crumbs with the meat first (otherwise it is difficult to mix), then add beaten eggs and remaining ingredients. Place on foil-lined cookie sheets (less mess)--I don't bother turning during cooking.)
