List of Ingredients




1 whole bone-in ham [Cooks SuperTrim is good]
1 lb brown sugar
1/2 cup yellow mustard
Foil





Recipe



Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix mustard and sugar together until you have a thick paste.

Take all wrappers off ham and trim away any excess fat.

Line baking pan with foil sprayed with Pam.

Place ham on foil and spread with the sugar/mustard mixture on top. Fold and seal foil. Do not open until ham is done.

Bake for 4 hours. Let sit for about 1 hour then carve.
