Cabbage Kielbasa Skillet

List of Ingredients
1 large red onion, sliced
1 large red and green pepper, julienned
2 Tbs butter (did not use-used olive oil)
1 pound pkg polish kielbasa, cut into 1" slices
1 (16 oz) package of coleslaw mix
1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth (used 1 c.)
1 tsp garlic powder (used fresh-1 clove, minced)
1/2 tsp pepper
Recipe
Saute the vegtables in the butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir for about 6-8 minutes or until heated through.
Sherry cooked hers for about 20 minutes.I cooked mine a little longer and she as well as I used 1 cup of chicken stock. I also covered mine while simmering. They removed the lid and reduced the stock to a bare minimum. ~Very tasty~ Janie~ Next time I'll add some carrots~ I added some rice wine vinegar( to taste) and a couple shakes of red pepper flakes.
