Sausage Biscuit Cups

1 lb. bulk sausage
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
3 large eggs
2 Tablespoons milk
1 small can Pillsbury Grand Biscuits (5 in a can)
3/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Recipe
Cook sausage and garlic until sausage is done; drain; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk; beat well. Separate biscuits and cut each biscuit into fourths. Place each fourth between two pieces of plastic wrap and roll into round sections. Place carefully in greased regular-sized muffin pans. DO NOT PRESS! Fill cups with sausage mixture, then with egg mixture. Do not fill more than 3/4 full. Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and spinkle cheese on top. Let stand in pans for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
Note: These freeze well when cooled and can be taken out individually when needed and placed in microwave to heat.
