They would probably be very good for breakfast, seeing as they taste like sausage patties on a biscuit.
List of Ingredients
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. mild pork sausage
1 Tbs. dried minced onion
1/8 tsp. each ground pepper and garlic salt
16 refrigerated crescent rolls Recipe
Put all ingredients, except rolls, in skillet. Heat til meat is no longer pink. Unroll crescents. Spoon 1 Tbs. mixture into each crescent. Bring up corners into center. Bake as directed on package. Serve w/ ketchup, if desired.
