Beef Sticks with Penne Pasta

1 lb. Certified Angus Beef � beef sticks, thinly sliced
12 oz. penne pasta
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 each yellow, green and red pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
1 small red onion, chopped
1 cup black olives
1 tsp. red pepper, crushed
1/2 cup citrus salad dressing or to tasteRecipe
Cook pasta according to package directions. Cut beef sticks into strips. Saut� garlic, peppers and onions in olive oil until tender. Combine beef sticks with all ingredients and toss. Serve warm or cold.
