    I made this recipe up and it was great the 1st time but even better as leftovers!!

    List of Ingredients




    leftover cooked chicken, diced (I used about 1 1/2 c.)
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
    grated Parmesan cheese to taste
    sour cream (1/2 c to 1 c.)
    1/2 lb pasta (I used rigatoni), uncooked

    Cook noodles as per pkg direction; drain. I ran cold water over them to stop cooking and keep them from sticking. Mix soup, a little bit of water (1/4 of the can) and Parmesan chesse to taste. Stir until cheese starts to melt. Add cubed cooked chicken. Heat thoroughly. Add sour cream and heat (do not boil or sour cream will seperate). Add cooked noodles and heat throughly. Serve.

    Serves 4-5.

    Can use cream of mushroom soup and add fresh or canned mushrooms (drained).
