2 sticks margarine
1 ( 8 oz ) carton mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
16 oz. sour cream
2 egg yolks
4 oz. Parmesan cheese, divided
8 oz. spaghetti noodlesRecipe
In large saucepan, over low heat, melt margarine and gently cook mushrooms. Add sour cream and egg yolks, stirring well. Stir in 3/4 of the cheese and allow to melt, mixing all well. Pour over cooked noodles. Serve in a 9 x 13" greased dish. Sprinkle rest of Parmesan cheese on top. Brown under broiler. Let stand about 5 mins. Serves 8 - 10.
