    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tablespoons olive oil
    2 (14 1/2 oz)cans diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregeno
    1/2 cup sliced green onions
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    3 Tablespoons lemon juice
    7 oz thin spaghetti, cooked
    1 cup crumbled feta cheese
    1 (4 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
    Garnishes: lemonslices, green onions, fresh parsley sprigs

    Recipe



    Saute garlic in hot oil in large nonstick skillet. Add tomatoes and next 3 ingredients; saute 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Toss together tomato mixture, hot cooked pasta, cheese, and olives. Serve immediately; and garnish if desired.

    Comments: You can add some crushed red pepper along with the tomatoes to add a little zip.

    Makes 3 to 4 servings
