    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 T. mayonaisse
    1 t. lemon pepper
    1/4 t. salt

    Mix well. Chill. Can double this because pasta will soak it up. (from Joyce'S)

    *My notes: I doubled dressing. Mixed it over 8 oz. uncooked macaroni. Used less oil (less than 1/2 c.) Added diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, diced celery, diced onion. 7/2000
