    ROTINI AND CRAB SALAD

    1/2 of a 1-lb package creamette rotini, uncooked
    1 to 1-1/4 cup bottled ranch style salad dressing
    1/3 cup mayo or salad dressing
    1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1 [16 oz] pack imitation crabmeat, torn into bite size pieces
    2 med tomatoes, seeded & chopped or 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    1/4 pound cheddar cheese - cut in strips

    Cook rotini as directed - drain. In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, mayo and Italian seasoning; mix well. Stir in cooked rotini and remaining ingredients. Cover, chill thoroughly. Refrigerate leftovers (if there are any).

    I used the whole box and doubled what I put in - I also cut up 2 boiled eggs but did not have the tomatoes, celery or cheddar cheese and used vidalia onions slice thin and chopped.
