2 (3-oz.) pkgs. raspberry gelatin
1 tsp. raspberry flavoring
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 cup half & half
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 (16-oz.) can blueberries
1/4 tsp. blueberry flavoring
Recipe
Dissolve 1 pkg. raspberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water, stir in raspberry flavoring. Pour into 9x13-in. baking pan. Chill until firm.
Soften unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Heat half & half with sugar, add unflavored gelatin, stirring to dissolve. Stir in vanilla, blend in cream cheese. Add walnuts. Cool to room temp. Pour over raspberry layer. Chill until firm.
Dissolve remaining raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stir in blueberries with juice and blueberry flavoring. Cool to room temp. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill until firm.
Cut into squares to serve.
