    PEACH PRALINE PIE

    List of Ingredients

    Topping:
    1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
    1/4 cup flour
    3 Tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Filling:
    1 1/2 Tablespoons quick tapioca
    2/3 to 3/4 cup granulated sugar
    4 cups sliced fresh peaches
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Topping: Make crumbs of brown sugar, flour and butter, the size of peas. Add pecans and mix; set aside.

    Filling: Combine tapioca and sugar. Pour over peaches and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix thoroughly.

    Flute edge of pie crust so as to stand up 1/2 inch. Sprinkle half the topping over the bottom of the pie crust. Spread peaches over topping layer; sprinkle rest of topping over peaches. Bake for 45 minutes.
