2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
dash each of ground cloves and nutmeg
2 eggs
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9 inches)Recipe
Mix cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, and nutmeg with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped cream topping if desired.
