Pumpkin Cream Pie

Recipe Introduction
This is now a new favorite of my DH. I will leave the crust off and crush some sugar free wafers and make parfaits or use the reduced fat pie crust.
List of Ingredients
2 cups milk -- cold
2 packages vanilla sugar free instant pudding mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
1 cup Cool Whip Lite (FREE)
1 pie crust (9 inch) -- baked and cooled (or use sugar free vanilla wafers)Recipe
Combine milk, pie filling mix, pumpkin, and spice and whipped topping in a Deep narrow-bottom bowl. Beat at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Pour into pour pie shell.
Chill until set, at least 3hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and pecans, if desired.
