    Sister's Pecan Pie

    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 T. all purpose flour
    1 T. milk
    1 t. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped pecans
    9 inch pie shell, unbaked

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350ºF. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy and stir in melted butter. Stir in brown sugar, white sugar and flour. Mix well. Last add milk, vanilla & pecans. Pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 400ºF then reduce temperature to 350ºF. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until done.

    Serves 8
