Star's Quick & Easy Lemon Cheese Pie

1 (8 oz( pkg cream cheese, softened (do this in the microwave for about 30 seconds if you forget to set it out)
1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice concentrate
1 tsp vanilla
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling for top


Recipe



Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with mixer for a couple of minutes until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and continue to beat with mixer until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust and chill for 2 hours or more. Serve with cherry or blueberry pie filling on top.


Posted by: starshineeliz: This is a desert that you can make when you want flavor of cheesecake but don't have preparation time to make the real thing. Takes 5 minutes flat to whip it up and then let it refrigerate for a couple of hours. Very easy and very good. Star
