    gaudrey_GA: I don't care for any kind of liver, but my DH loves chicken livers, especially when prepared this way.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound of chicken livers
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1/4 cup finely minced onion
    2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
    1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Italian Medley seasoning

    Cut chicken livers in half. Prick in several places with a fork to prevent popping while cooking. Heat oil over medium heat. Stir in seasonings. Add livers and sauté until browned on all sides, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of dry white table wine or white grape juice. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice or in patty shells. May also be served on toast.
