1 Package Beef Flavored Ramen
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
1 or 2 Tablespoons Flour for Thickening
3 oz of beef
1 1/2 Tablespoons Margarine



Recipe



In a small saucepan cook the beef with one half tablespoon of margarine until no longer pink. Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan and the beef seasoning packet. Cook for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the noodles, drain well, and stir in 1 tablespoon of margarine. Add the sour cream to the beef mixture and thicken with flour.

Serve sauce over the noodles.
